There has been some recent controversy regarding the forge and those who are making use of it. As such, the forge was closed last week(ish) and will remain as such until further notice. I believe the main issue was untrained people going down and using the facilities without supervision of a trained person. Those in charge of the forge have since closed it and will not even be addressing the issue of re-opening it until probably June at the earliest. One thing that is frightening though is that I've heard rumors that the forge may be closed indefinitely and the blacksmith program shut down. I really hope that doesn't happen, but for the moment I all i can really do is wait.

How this pertains to dA boils down to the fact that at least for the near future I will not be posting any more metal works (I may finish up my knife, but subsequent works will have to wait until the forge reopens).
